Quick time trial testing

After a long weekend with not a lot of physical activity, coach had me doing a quick test so we can keep track of fitness levels. It was pretty easy to do, a quick 20 minute warm up followed by 30 minutes of all out race pace with another 10ish minutes of cool down. Legs felt good and strong (don’t they always on the rollers) and I guess I am happy with my effort. As this is my first test, I guess I don’t know how I did. After 3 weeks, we will do another test to check out how I am improving…
