The 7ish inches of snow claimed its first loss today. Campy lost her ball in it. We were playing and she was having one heck of a good time, then all of a sudden went into panic mode. She searched and searched but came up empty. After about 25 minutes we had to call the search off and call it a loss. We came inside and she went right for the next one on the pile. Good thing they come 3 in a tube. It’s like it never went missing and she will have a wonderful surprise come spring. A cold, wet, soggy surprise.
After more then 3 hours shoveling today, 2 different sessions of over 1.5 hours each, I was feeling a little sluggish. But it is the off season and I need to get on the bike. So at about 9:45 pm I hopped on the trainer and did the Spinervals #6, The Zoot Challenge. I picked it because it was the shortest workout I had. I failed to realize that it was also one of the hardest one (the only one that is more difficult is 5 hours long, and it is only difficult because of sitting on a trainer for 5 hours). I must say I am glad the day is over. Time to stretch out and hit the sack. Here is the heart rare monitor readout from the workout:
