Today started off with taking the dog for a 4+ mile hike in pouring rain. I decided to take her for a walk under the dense tree coverage so we didn’t get, but that did not work so well as we were both soaked by the time we got home. That was fine, we were still out there breathing the fresh air and thats what its all about.
Other than that, watched some football, napped with the dog, worked on the new design for the upcoming website change (thinking Tuesday for things to be changed over) and calibrated my Nike+Ipod jobber. The last workout I did with it measured 4.34 miles. I know that the course was only about 3.1-3.2 miles. Tonight, when I calibrated everything, it all added up properly. Hopefully, from now on, things will work out the way they are supposed to.
