Goals updated

I just updated the goals page for my weight and biking/jeep miles. On both I am not doing very well. But it is the start of a new week and time to turn that all around.

Yesterday and today were just too cold to commute. I have come up with a simple rule that if it is less than 10 degrees, I will not commute by bike. It is just wrong to ride the bike below 10 degrees. Plain and simple.

The Goals page has been updated this morning. I have more miles athletically than I do on the Jeep, 4 more to be exact, and my weight it below where I want/need it to be. So far the beginning of the year is going well. Let’s hope I can keep it up.
