Tonight I got back on the bike after a couple days off. It felt good to spin the legs out and my sit bones were back to 100%. A day or two rest was certainly a good thing this early in the season. Tonight I did the Spinervals #11 Big Gear Strength with Team Excel and I must say it was a good one. About half wway through, they make you get off the bike and do 60 lunges, 30 on each leg. That certainly gets to your legs pretty well. Good times.
