Yesterday and today were just too cold to commute. I have come up with a simple rule that if it is less than 10 degrees, I will not commute by bike. It is just wrong to ride the bike below 10 degrees. Plain and simple.
Also for the last 2 nights, I did not do any type of workout on the bike. I talked to my coaches and we all agreed that yesterday was a good day off not to get on the bike. I did ride the snowboard for about an hour or so, so I feel that it was a worth while day for exercise. The legs are recovered, my sit bones aren’t sore anymore, so tonight it is back to the bike and doing a good workout.
