Sat at home and did an easy spin on the trainer. Recovery is key. Clearing all the lactic acid (what makes your muscles cramp) out from the muscles is key the day after a hard workout, especially if it is the first hard workout of the year. I sat spinning easily and watched a bit more of the tour from this past year. It is pretty pathetic that it has been almost 6 months since the tour ended and I am still only watching stage 4. What is the matter with me?
