Well that distance is a little ify.  When I clocked my route with my jeep, I clocked it at 3.1 miles.  Today I used my new Timex watch system and it came back as only being 2.84 miles.  Who knows what is right at this point.  I think the jeep might be right being the sky was full of clouds and was pouring quite hard.  Which wasn’t that much fun.  Running in the rain, in 38 degree weather.  I did it with out the ipod on tonight just to see how went without music.  All I really heard was my feet pounding the pavement, and me huffing and puffing.  Many athletes always say this is when the race is won, with all the preperation.  All I can say is that I better win something, that is as long as I have the heart to actually enter one of the races I want to do.  I will be getting that list posted sometime soon.
