Today was a struggle to get back on the bike. It has been more than 2 weeks since I have had a real recovery day without doing any exercise, and today I wasn’t going to break that streak. For the past couple of weeks, I have been doing 2 ‘a days. Usually during my lunch break I ride the bike and either run or swim when I get home from work. Today I just did one set of exercises. My body thanks me. It was certainly needed. Tomorrow is a different day. I’ll get up early and get right back to it, either riding or running. The good thing is my doctor said my hand was healed completely so I can get back outside on the bike. If the weather tomorrow is anywhere near as nice as it was today, it will be a good day, with a long ride.
